- SPACE - Schools Parents and Communities Engaged for African Success - We work with African immigrant students in classrooms, within families and in the broader community.
- Parent Leadership Council - The purpose of the Parent Leadership Council is to improve the educational services and programs for students.
- Youth Leadership Council - Provides an opportunity for students interested in giving input on school decisions, building school culture, and helping our community through service.

REAP - Research Evaluations Advocacy Partnerships
- The purpose of this program is to develop the resources needed to facilitate research on the social (education and health) and economic situations of our African immigrant communities in Central Minnesota, build culturally specific evaluation and reporting tools, and build stronger partnerships and collective impact for equity.
- It serves as a resource bank that provides us the opportunities and the expertise for community participatory action research, inclusive program design, implementation, and monitoring, and strategies for an elevated collective impact.
